The US Transformation Delivery oversees change the bank initiatives that impact the GB/GFs we support.Items within our remit can be large change efforts related to regulatory requirement or specific to key strategic deliverables within the portfolio. Items within this portfolio are often considered locally material to the US bank and are monitored as such.
As our US Risk and Compliance Transformation Program Manager you will:
Effective and efficient facilitation and leadership of program level Steering Committees and Working Groups
Ensure that all procedures and standards defined by the Change Framework are adhered to
Deliver the appropriate documentation of business activities (requirements documents, release sign offs, emails, etc.) which may be required for future tracking or audit purposes
Ensure diligent confirmation that implemented solutions meet the business objectives, including compliance with specific regulations
Monitor project/program progress tracked in required tooling in a timely fashion
Contribute to a team consisting of onshore, offshore, and global remote staff
Balance large programs consisting of multiple streams with varied stakeholders
Operate in a fast paced, operationally sensitive environment with daily time-sensitive activities
Contribute to the establishment of best-in-class standards and practices, seeking continuous improvement in the applications and tools used
Collaborate with local and global counterparts as required to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
Set a positive example with regard to work ethic, collaborative attitude, and innovative thinking
Complete other responsibilities, as assigned
For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $141,300.00 and $175,000.00
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

Qualifications
You´ll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:
Experience working as program manager with in-depth knowledge of standard project methodologies along with appropriate tooling.(Agile methodology, preferably using Clarity/JIRA/Confluence)
Have good knowledge of Change Management frameworks, with a focus on Non-Financial Risk Management
Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations and timely delivery of change initiatives with proactive reporting
Experienced at gathering requirements and ability to analyse with good and varied experience of analysis artefacts (e.g. process flows, proof-of-concept visualization, delivery roadmaps)
Demonstrated analytical and reasoning skills including the abilities to convert the business requirement into technical specification and streamline the process using sound design
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently, as well as work collaboratively with other teams that are geographically distributed
Ability to quickly adapt to team’s culture, standards and best practices
Maintain excellent communication and influencing skills as well as a positive, upbeat attitude and work ethic that works well in the teamwork environment
Demonstrated ability to interact with senior management with verbally and clear and concise written communications
Lead with a shared purpose fungible team members in a matrixed environment with various reporting team structures
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and demonstrates an innovative and proactive approach to building new and advanced MI and reporting analytics
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent at minimum; graduate degree a plus
