Summary: Performs highly confidential and complex administrative duties as the systems coordinator within the department; manages sensitive compartmented information (SCI) scheduling application; assists in the development, building and implementation of scheduling templates and serves as ambulatory liaison with IT for template modifications; provides training and ongoing development for Clinical Center Associates (CCA's) and other clinical personnel; analyzes and establishes process improvements to optimize billing protocol.

Salary range is $51,857 - $63,169 which includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications:Required Education and Experience

1. Associate's degree and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time experience in a medical office setting; or
2. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of six (6) years of full-time work experience in a position at Roswell Park with duties and responsibilities which are primarily clerical and/or secretarial in nature.

NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

The preferred candidate should have 3-5 years experience in a Diagnostic Imaging setting and worked as an Clinical Center Associate. In addition, the preferred candidate should have experience with process improvement initiatives; training other Clinical Center Associates; possess excellent customer service skills and have the ability to multi-task.
