Title: SVP, Technology Senior Manager

DESCRIPTION:

Manage several technology teams and departments responsible for developing enterprise-scale architecture using Sparx, TOGAF, and Zachman; manage budget of multiple cost centers spanning concurrent development streams; provide long and short-term strategic and technical direction for all departments, multiple applications and/or cost centers; direct consultations with client management in the analysis and future impact of short and long-range business requirements; monitor technology direction of the industry and vendor applications specific to areas and businesses supported; manage supporting research and initiation to ensure implementation of Cloud architectures and technologies, including Azure, AWS, and GCP; manage vendor/product analyses and recommendations to ensure delivery of appropriate products based on available resources, inclusive of budget; direct solution architecture using Agile development, and systems development activities of assigned teams tasked with developing databases and web UI using Angular, HTML, CSS, XSL/XML, and JavaScript; manage monitoring planning, work and backlogs of assigned teams to ensure adherence to department and technology standards; identify and address significant issues and risks that may result in delays and require escalation; design, implement, maintain and enhance internal controls to mitigate risk on an ongoing basis; and maintain internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points, and issues raised by external regulators.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field, and at least five (5) years of experience utilizing enterprise architecture frameworks including Sparx, TOGAF, or Zachman; utilizing Agile software development techniques to deliver banking/financial services related solutions; of which two (2) years of experience includes developing databases and web UI using Angular, HTML, CSS, XSL/XML, and JavaScript; utilizing Cloud architectures and technologies including Azure, AWS or Google (GCP); in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, will accept additional two (2) years of experience in enterprise-scale software development.

Salary: $195,728.00- $203,812.50 per year.
