Echols Glass & Mirror is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant / Customer Service for the showroom business office in Buford.  This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door with a solid, established business, which provides growth and career path opportunities.

Job Description

We are looking to hire a motivated, self-starter for this Administrative Assistant / Customer Service position.  The person in this role will be responsible for in-house sales support, proactive high level customer service, pursuit of sales from assigned reps customer base, answering the phones and general clerical work in our front office.  In this role it is critical that you have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, high level written and verbal communication and a proven ability to provide professional customer service. 

Responsibilities

  • Driving quote to sales conversion for assigned sales rep customer base

  • Proactive customer service and anticipating the customers' needs

  • Daily check and balance to ensure proper workflow 

  • Accurately process work orders and customer files

  • Prompt reply to all written and verbal customer requests and inquiries

  • Answer the phones, screen and route calls to appropriate person

  • Offer clerical and office support

  • Provide support to the accounting and sales departments

  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

  • Ensure accuracy in all customer information and follow up for completion

    Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-motivated to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner

  • Personally driven to provide exceptional customer service and prompt follow up

  • 2+ years' experience in a similar or related industry

  • High level of concentration and exceptional attention to detail

  • Strong personal organization

  • Proven ability to verbally engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner

  • Basic Microsoft knowledge

  • High level problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and to effectively prioritize daily tasks

  • Close proximity to our Buford, GA location a must (Bristol Industrial Way)

  • The hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 7:00am - 4:00pm.
