Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a positive first impression of Ideatek. Form positive relationships and deliver the message of internet freedom.
• Take inbound inquiries from potential customers and seek to understand their needs (challenges, goals, e.g.). Identify solutions that potential customers would benefit from
• Take cancelation requests and provide solutions for retention
• Create a remarkable experience - presenting solutions that meet and exceed their needs
• Understand and effectively communicate services.
• Delivers educational experiences to the customer to help them on their journey
• Engage in community events and presentations to create long lasting customer relationships
