An established national construction company is seeking a Contract Manager to join their team! The ideal Contract Manager will have 5+ years of contract management experience, a bachelor's degree, and contract management experience in the construction industry.

The Contract Manager will work 100% onsite.

As a Contracts Manager, you will be tasked with reviewing and interpreting contracts and subcontracts, drafting agreements, managing risks, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately draft and negotiate contract terms and agreements

• Effectively manage and communicate contract risks

• Financial due diligence

• Coordinate and assist in resolving contract disputes

• Ensure adherence to company policies regarding insurance, bonding, and other performance securities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree

• Must have experience in the construction industry

• Willing and able to work 100% onsite
