Previous work experience and or schooling for auto technician, ASE certifications, VA safety, and/or emissions inspector licenses preferred. Willing to teach and take on unexperienced employees. Will need good communication skills and customer service skills. Must be physically capable of handling daily responsibilities. Basic Computer skills and typing skills needed. Mechanics will be required to work on all different types of vehicles (Japanese, American, European, etc). Will be responsible for cleaning duties (such as cleaning Bay, equipment, shop common areas, etc). Will need to wright up own estimates on customer cars and sell work to the customer. Will need to order parts for vehicle, and perform repairs.
