Description
Reputable plaintiff firm is seeking a committed Litigation Attorney with a background of 3-5 years' experience, joining a proficient team specializing in Personal Injury and Mass Torts. The primary focus of the role involves in-depth research and precise written communication. Additionally, participation across all litigation phases, encompassing the creation of legal documents, exploration, and trial arrangement, is expected. Knowledge of drafting and responding to a variety of pre-trial motions in both California and Federal Courts, including discovery motions, summary judgment motions, dismissal motions, and motions in limine, is mandatory.
The preferred candidate should exhibit a proactive approach to tasks, equally adept at independent work and collaborative contribution within a team. A sincere commitment to facilitating fairness and securing reparations for client grievances is intrinsic to the ideal candidate.

Requirements
Proficient research and writing skills
Prior experience with personal injury and mass tort law
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law institution and active membership, maintaining good standing with the California State Bar
Critical: 3-5 years' previous involvement in law and motion activities
Meticulous attention to detail, accompanied by strong composition, communication, and case evaluation skills
Informed about contemporary developments in both Federal and California legal frameworks
Ability to excel within a high-paced team environment
Proficiency in formulating diverse pre- and post-trial documents, encompassing Motions for Summary Judgment, Demurrers, Motions to Strike, Kelly/Frye or Daubert motions, and a range of discovery motions.
