Required Skills:

Partner Engineer, Avatars Responsibilities:

  1. Understand and apply deep knowledge of products, technologies, and business to build solutions to solve for problems at scale.

  2. Design and build end-to-end systems and launch-plan strategies.

  3. Use broad range of technical and soft skills to build productive relationships with our partners, and independently resolve complex technical and business needs.

  4. Use expertise and product insight to deliver high-quality project/integration/partner engagements, while influencing product roadmap to meet the business needs.

  5. Guide workflow changes, and gain consensus from stakeholders while driving toward solutions.

  6. Respond and maintain effective communication with industry partners and internal stakeholders.

  7. Work with partners to develop a long-term strategic plan, grounded on business objectives, and manage partners during integrations with Meta’s platform products and ensure value creation.

  8. Build strong working relationships with technical counterparts.

  9. Mentor and share knowledge with peers, creating positive atmosphere amongst team.

  10. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback while quickly actioning feedback from code reviews conducted of your code.

  11. Influence decision-making through presentation of data-centric business topics.

  12. Serve as a subject matter expert within Business Engineering and provide consultation on domain-level projects.

  13. Participate in interviewing and onboarding of new team members.

  14. Develop knowledge of algorithms and core computer science concepts and ability to apply that knowledge to real world systems with support and guidance from a direct supervisor.

  15. Utilize ability to apply them to production problems and contribute to architectural decisions.

  16. Employ specialty knowledge across the following areas: data processing, programming languages, databases, networking, and operating systems.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Requires 36 months of experience involving the following:

    1. Technical Partner Management, understanding Partner Tech Stacks
    1. Managing and mentoring junior engineers
    1. Cross functional and external Partner Management
    1. Mobile and Web Development
    1. Digital Privacy and Marketing
    1. Digital Advertising and Advertising networks
    1. Advertising Ecosystem and Technology.

Public Compensation:

$216,419/year to $234,630/year + bonus + equity + benefits
