Product Development Specialist Responsibilities:

1. Lead the strategic planning and execution of product operations programs for our virtual reality and metaverse product line, ensuring alignment with company objectives while optimizing cost and productivity.

2. Manage international suppliers to execute complex operational workflows and ensure timely and consistent standards of service quality from the vendor.

3. Develop insights and investigate into product quality, user feedback and engineering efficiency, enabling informed strategic decisions at every stage of the product life cycle.

4. Champion high quality user experience during iterative development, ensuring that all the feedback and bugs that are provided during testing are prioritized and fixed before launch.

5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional leadership in Engineering, QA, UXR and Product to improve operational efficiency across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

6. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

8. 1. Virtual Reality and Facial computing including emerging trends, technologies, and competitive dynamics
9. 2. Writing complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis from multiple sources
10. 3. Python or similar programming language
11. 4. Industry standard BI tools
12. 5. Writing scripts and automating tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort and
13. 6. Optimizing process using techniques like Six Sigma or Lean.

Public Compensation:

$147,392/year to $165,440/year + bonus + equity + benefits
