Description We are in the process of recruiting an Accounts Payable Specialist for our engineering team based in Burlington, Massachusetts. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing our accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, expense reimbursements, and vendor communications. This opportunity offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Handling daily accounts payable inbox activities

• Accurately processing a high volume of invoices

• Managing vendor communications regarding payments

• Efficiently processing customer credit applications

• Ensuring accurate maintenance of customer credit records

• Conducting heavy invoice coding tasks

• Managing and processing expense reports

• Taking appropriate action on customer accounts as required. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required

• Minimum of 1 year working experience in an Accounts Payable role

• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) systems

• Proficient in Invoice Coding and Invoice Processing

• Experience in handling Expense Reports

• Ability to efficiently process Expense Reports

• Strong knowledge of General Ledger systems and operations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in Office Suite, particularly in Excel.
