Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on PLC systems to ensure optimal performance.

• Work with 480V electrical systems and ensure safe and efficient operation.

• Operate and maintain Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs) for various control systems.

• Diagnose and repair issues with 3-phase motors and related equipment.

• Interpret and work from technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electro-mechanical systems.

• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to enhance system performance and reliability.

• Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance and repair activities.

• Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards at all times.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.

• Strong knowledge of 480V electrical systems and safety practices.

• Experience with Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs).

• Expertise in working with 3-phase motors and related equipment.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient computer skills for documenting processes and using control software.

• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $32.00
