LB&B Associates Inc. is currently seeking a Maintenance Plumber to oversee its contract to provide operations and mechanical maintenance services in Burlington, VT (Federal Building).

Candidates must have a minimum of five (5) years as a plumber and maintain all city/county/ state license(s) and/or certification(s). The position requires experience in customer service, industry safety practices and quality control. The ideal candidate must be capable of performing commercial/industrial plumbing repair and maintenance, familiarity with fire pump and sprinkler system operation and maintenance, roof drain repair and maintenance, sump pump repair and maintenance, familiarity with commercial grease trap maintenance and chemical treatment.

The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate the following abilities and competencies:

Pump maintenance, i.e. rebuild pumps, replace seal, and troubleshoot piping systems.

Have familiarity with PRVs.

Education: High School Diploma or GED.
