Production Operator

PeopleReady of Burlington, WA is now hiring Production Operators! As a Production Operator I you will be responsible for operating your assigned position in a safe and efficient manner to optimally produce quality work. This may include the placement and testing of electrical components, cleaning of finished products, or loading of raw materials into machines.

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $18/hr (1st shift) or $19.50/hr (3rd shift)

What you'll be doing as a Production Operator:

• Operate automatic and semi-automatic machines to position. 

• Clean and prepare workstation and machines. 

• Assemble and test components and ensure adherence to specified requirements, soldering experience is an asset. 

• Perform simple electrical and continuity testing of electronic components, parts, and systems. 

• Identify and mark acceptable and defective assemblies. 

• Check final assembly for finish, labelling, and packaging methods. 

• Production reporting  

• Ensure profitable business operations. 

• Complete other tasks as required and/or directed. 

• Maintain compliance with established policies and procedures and related labor laws.

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day) or 3rd Shift (Night)

Job requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Background check and drug screening required

• Hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, ability to distinguish between colors. 

• Ability to read, understand and follow work instructions in English.

• Team and customer oriented 

• Attention to detail.
