Our summer internship is for students interested in Accounting or Finance. Our corporate office is located in Burnsville, MN. As an Intern, you will support the accounting department in various tasks surrounding construction accounting. Interns will receive the opportunity to gain hands-on work experience and guidance while establishing professional contacts in the industry. Duties and Responsibilities Bank reconciliation A/P and A/R review Audit overhead accounts to ensure accuracy Assist with Sales & Use tax invoice collection Other responsibilities as assigned Experience, Education & Skills Pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance Current college junior or senior status Computer literate in Word, Excel and Outlook Strong organizational, written, verbal and time management skills Good attention to detail and the ability to recognize discrepancies Have a positive attitude and excellent self-motivational skills Ability to perform under schedule restraints Good time management skills Working Conditions Corporate Office Environment - Extensive sitting at desk and computer; some standing, bending at the waist, stooping and reaching required; ability to lift 5-20 pounds occasionally. .
