Summary Ames Construction is seeking a Temporary Video Production Specialist to join our Corporate Marketing and Communications Team. Working on-site at our Burnsville, Minnesota office, the ideal candidate will be an Adobe Creative Suite expert and motion graphics wizard with a creative mindset. A successful candidate will be professional, production-oriented, and a good communicator with our team and the organization. Duties and Responsibilities: * Work collaboratively with the marketing and communications department to conceptualize new and revise existing multi-media materials while maintaining all deadlines. * Create original art incorporating design, photography, illustration, and text in draft form for approval. * Showcase high creativity, good judgment, and problem-solving skills within fast timelines. * Ability to take initiative, work with urgency, and set priorities. * Ensure the final work is polished, visually appealing, and on-brand. * Ability to manage workload priorities while working on multiple projects. * Works with outside production vendors to ensure in-hand completion of deadlines. Experience, Education & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Video Production or similar. 5+ years of experience in concept development and video production. Expert level skill with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere and After Effects, Final Cut Pro a plus. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and get along with others. Experience in the construction industry is a plus. Working Conditions Location - This position is on-location at the corporate office in Burnsville, MN.
