McDonald's Customer Service Team in Butler in BUTLER, Pennsylvania

McDonald's is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team to serve our guests at our Butler restaurants. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking for part-time or full-time employment with flexible scheduling options. Starting wage up to $13.50 per hour based on availability. Flexible scheduling that fits your life with shifts starting as early as 4am and ending as late as 1am. You can work anything in between those!

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers with your friendly smile!

  • Prepare customer orders with a high level of accuracy.

  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment.

  • Follow established food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work part-time or full-time hours.

  • Flexible scheduling - work 2 to 5 days a week.

  • Willingness to work 4-hour to 9-hour shifts. We believe in a schedule that fits your life!

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Positive and energetic attitude.
