Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: Butler, PA

Schedule: Full-time, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 8am-7pm.Friday 8am-4pm. Off Thursdays and no Weekends!

Compensation: Salary range starting at $70,000/yr and increases based on your experience.

Incentives: Sign on Bonus!

Unique Location/Job Details: This Center of Excellence is a 3 PT, 2 PTA center that offers a a diverse patient mix including, ortho, neuro, sports medicine, vestibular/post-concussion and Pelvic Floor. Caseload of 10-12 per day! Orientation and training provided as well as new grad mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients

• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors

• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications

• Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school

• Valid State Physical Therapist License

• CPR certification
