Job Title:Operations Manager - II (General and Operations Managers)

The Contractor shall provide an Operations Manager and designate this labor category as the DPM. The Operations Manager shall assist the PM in overall management of the Program and shall be prepared to perform the duties of the Program Manager, if required. The Contractor PM and DPM, shall be authorized to act on behalf of the Contractor for all matters relating to this TO to include the authority to bind the Contractor for matters pertaining to the resultant TO. The DPM shall be on-site at the start of the TO and throughout the term of the contract. The Contractor PM and DPM shall be on duty at the Installation and available during regular duty hours, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays. The Contractor PM and / or DPM shall be required to attend briefings, conferences, and other Government designated meetings.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, or Cybersecurity, or Information Management or related discipline or the minimum experience listed below

Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in cyber range or computer test bed environments.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Program Management or SR level DoD experience or Defense Industry Civilian Professional working with SR level DoD personnel.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Army and Joint Cyber Training.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, evaluate, and lead Cyber training programs effectively.
  • Working knowledge of OT/IT technologies, cellular systems, networking, and IT management.

Work Environment:This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

Physical Demands:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.

Travel: Minimal travel for corporate support may occur for this position.
