Montana Technological University seeks an organized and enthusiastic Admissions Representative to engage prospective students, families, and organizations; recruiting students to apply and enroll who can benefit from and contribute to our distinct campus community of determined doers. The Admissions Representative will lead undergraduate recruitment efforts in an assigned territory to meet the university’s strategic enrollment goals. The Admissions Representative will develop relationships with inquiring students, assist them through the application process, and guide them through enrollment. The successful candidate will manage their assigned territory, organizing recruitment activities such as attending college fairs, visiting high schools, hosting and participating in campus visits and events, and maintaining student records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
