Aerotek Production Associate in Buxton, North Dakota

Job Title: Production Associate

Job Description

Seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Production Associate, responsible for unloading extrusion machines that manufacture drainage pipes ranging from 3 in. to 30 in. in diameter. The role involves coiling the finished pipe on a roll, winding it up to approximately 25 ft in diameter, and preparing the product for outdoor positioning. This position requires working in a fast-paced environment where the machines produce 130 ft of product a minute.

Shifts available are 2nd (3:00pm-11:30pm) and 3rd (11pm-7:30am ), with a pay rate of $21.50 - $23.50/hr depending on the shift and the experience.

This position does offer a full benefits package as well as a growth incentive program that would consider you for .50cent raises/hr per new skill set learned.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Buxton, North Dakota.

Work Environment

The work setting is a manufacturing plant which is not temperature regulated, leading to warm conditions in summer, though measures like opening doors are implemented for ventilation. The role requires being on your feet all day in a fairly clean environment, and wearing safety toe shoes along with other required personal protective equipment (PPE). Very clean and well up-kept facility.
