We Take Care of Our Team Position offers a starting salary range of$82,000 - $104,500 USD Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, andexperience Benefits include annual bonus program; 401kcompany contribution with company match up to6% as well as non-elective company contribution of3 - 7% depending on age;starting at 4 weeks paidvacation; 13+ calendar holidays; 8 weeks paidparental leave; employee assistance program;comprehensive healthcare plans and wellnessprograms; onsite fitness (at some locations); tuitionassistance and volunteer paid time off; short-termand long-term disability plans. What You Drive at DTNA Creation: Design, develop, and implement new or revised production processes for the efficient/economical production of goods. Optimize Efficiency: Design arrangement of manufacturing equipment to ensure most efficient and productive layout. Streamline Production Flow: Develop the sequence of production operations, specifying procedures for the fabrication of applicable tools and equipment, and adapting machinery in response to factory conditions. Quality Assurance through Testing: Conduct tests throughout all stages of production to determine control over applicable variables and troubleshooting/solving production problems. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that production processes and procedures are compliant with regulations. Communication of Technical Topics: Confer with management, peers, customers and vendors on complex topics. Modeling and Estimating: Provide estimates for production rates, staffing requirements, and other related cost that are essential for sound management decisions.
