As a sales advisor on the Inside sales team, internally you will work closely with a talented group of leaders, marketers and product specialists who have deep knowledge and expertise in commercial real estate and digital marketing strategies. Externally, you will play a critical role in growing CoStar LoopNet Digital Advertising revenue by selling advertising and marketing solutions to new customers and growing existing customer revenues by advising owners and brokers on the best ways to advertise properties online. Additionally, you will ensure a high degree of customer service is applied to every transaction and by doing so will build deep and lasting relationships with your client base. As a Sales advisor, you will be responsible for owning the entire sales cycle. We provide every new Sales Advisor with extensive training to ensure they are equipped with the product and the industry knowledge they need to be successful.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Relationship Management – Through consultative sales methods, build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on all matters related to their strategic marketing plan

  • Business Development – Using CoStar Group’s extensive property data, prospect new clients to drive sales and close new business

  • Teamwork – Partner with colleagues across the LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue

  • Business Industry Acumen – Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate and your trends within your specific market territory

  • Customer Focus – Develop strong client relationships by delivering outstanding customer support through regular, value you added communication, sharing market insights and offering solutions that help our clients achieve their goals

  • Build strong client relationships and prospect by conducting online meetings.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • One or more years of sales experience, preferably in web, publications, newspaper or magazine advertising sales or equivalent experience in the commercial real estate industry

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • A track record of commitment to prior employers
