Summary:

The Volunteerism & Philanthropy Manager l eads and manages all aspects of charitable giving aligned with CRA and Strategic Community Plan. This position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, ensuring that all approved contributions are appropriately qualified, align with pillars of the Community Plan, comply with internal policies, work with CDRMs to build annual philanthropy budgets, leverage insight to provide thought leadership across all markets to maximize programmatic support, maintains annual charitable contribution budget and monitors progress throughout the year, prepare annual donation analysis. Lead donation reporting for CRA Exam, and serves in a leadership capacity on Corporate Charitable Contributions Committee.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manages team that is responsible and accountable for supporting CD Outreach team in qualifying service hours and donations in CDA.

  • Manage CDS team to ensure that team functions as an enterprise utility and delivers high quality and timely reporting to ensure that all goals are met.

  • Responsible for building out a consistent framework to deliver CRA qualified volunteerism across the enterprise.

  • Serves as liaison with L & D to stay current on Financial Empowerment.

  • Serves on CD Outreach Leadership Team.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 8+ years of related experience in CRA/community development or other related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous Management experience

  • Executive leadership and relationship management experience

  • Effective written and oral communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
