Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Seeking dedicated Maintenance Technicians with strong experience in mechanics, electrical systems, and welding. The ideal candidate will have experience with European electrical schematics, continuous improvement techniques, and industrial equipment such as pneumatics, cylinders, clamps, robotic welding, Fanuc robots, tube lasers, and tube benders. The role involves ensuring equipment is running smoothly, performing preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting issues to meet production goals.
Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on equipment using a tablet to track schedules.
Replace pneumatics, sensors, motors, and gears as needed.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment, addressing breakdowns promptly (30%+ reaction time).
Work on CO2 tube lasers, tube benders, and weld cells to maintain production efficiency.
Read and interpret European electrical prints and schematics.
Handle electrical circuits ranging from 24V to 480V.
Fabricate and repair racks, carts, and other equipment fixtures.
Essential Skills
Proficient in electrical troubleshooting, especially with 24V systems and electrical prints.
Strong mechanical skills, including troubleshooting and replacing air cylinders, pneumatic clamps, and sensors.
Experience with industrial maintenance and repair tasks.
Ability to troubleshoot Fanuc robots in an industrial setting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with European electrical prints.
Ability to edit Fanuc programs for weld cells.
Knowledge of continuous improvement methods or leadership in such initiatives.
