As a Senior Sales /GTM Recruiter at CoStar Group, you are responsible for sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top talent into CoStar Group, representing sales organizations for our brands (LoopNet, Ten-X, BizBuySell, Land.com). In this full-life cycle recruiting role, you will act as the key contact for hiring managers and stakeholders, while partnering with HR Business Partners to ensure that the talent needs of the organization are met. You will consult with HR, your Recruiting Manager and hiring managers on all aspects of the talent acquisition process to include recruitment strategy, candidate selection, compensation recommendations, and offer presentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full-life cycle recruiting process for multiple sales, strategy/ops or other GTM requisitions for cross-functional teams.

  • Proactively build and manage pipelines of passive talentby developing and executinga creative sourcing strategy.

  • Properly assess candidate qualifications to present & close opportunities effectively and efficiently.

  • Drive for results, be inquisitive, perpetuate a sales and service orientation towards clients & candidates, and be a strong relationship builder.

  • Adapt and adjust easily in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have a passion for the company and your craft.

  • Know the market, understand business strategy and priorities to build and grow diverse talent networks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College is required.

  • A track record of commitment to prior employers.

  • 8-10+ years of full-life cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment – sales recruiting experience required, as well as experience closing sales leadership candidates.

  • Demonstrated experience managing a diverse workload of requisitions across multiple disciplines, seniority, pipelines and regions.

  • Proven ability to proactively work with hiring managers & key stakeholders to drive the recruitment process.

  • A data and metrics driven mindset with a relentless drive to achieve goals.

  • Proficiency in logging in and maintainingaccurate candidate data within an ATS (applicant tracking system) – experience with Eightfold & Workday, a plus.

  • Experience in strategically and creatively sourcing passive /in demand talent through a multitude of streams; including LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Boolean/ X-ray searches and cold calling.

  • Preferred, a strong knowledge of common human resources practices, employment laws and/or government compliance regulations that affect recruitment.

This position offers a base salary range of $110,000 – $130,000 & 75% bonus structure based on relevant skills/experience and includes a generous benefits plan.
