The Construction Manager oversees the safety, scope, cost, and schedule of construction projects, manages the project team, ensures compliance with codes and specifications, and coordinates all aspects of construction progress and documentation. responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage safety, scope, cost, and schedule during the construction phase.

• Report directly to the Project Manager (PM).

• Supervise all project team members assigned to the construction phase, including contractors and company employees.

• Facilitate pre-construction meetings emphasizing safety.

• Report project progress daily to the PM.

• Assist PM in providing O&M manuals and asset lists to responsible parties.

• Ensure as-built redline drawings are submitted to Engineering.
