As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be directly involved in nurturing the hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho kids by managing and coordinating clinical services along for the program.

Must haves:

• Masters degree (or higher) in a direct clinical practice human services field (e.g., social work, psychology, marriage and family counseling, or very closely related field of study)
• Idaho State Licensure associated with the degree (e.g. LCSW, LCPC) with the ability to clinical supervise other therapists
• At least 5 years supervisory experience
• A least 8 years experience in a related field
• A valid Idahos drivers license or obtain one within 15 days of hire, as a condition of continued employment

Our Clinical Supervisors:

• Recruits, hires, and evaluates therapists and clinical staff
• Ensures coordination of treatment activities occur as planned
• Monitors spending expenses, and is involved in budget development
• Ensures that treatment integrity is addressed and improved through monitoring, tracking, and systematic supervision

As a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program. The PLSF offers student loan forgiveness on qualifying loans under specific conditions. Speak with your loan provider for more information.
