Acloche LLC Office Assistant / Customer Service Representative in Caledonia, Ohio

 

Caledonia company is currently looking for a friendly and energetic Office Assistant/Customer Service Representative.   This is a position with purpose and passion - we are looking for someone who thrives in a field that allows them to think outside of the box. Someone who is reliable and professional and enjoys a casual, and rewarding environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer phone calls, email, fax, and web chats in a timely, professional manner
  • Process orders by phone, fax, and email
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery date
  • Troubleshoot customer questions and/or issues
  • Communicate with vendors regarding product updates relevant to customer orders
  • Other customer service projects

     

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers, vendors, and other departments within the company

.              Must have Warehouse Customer Service - prior experience

 

Attendance is critical!

 

Office hours:

7:00 am - 5:00 pm in season

8:00 - 4:00 pm off season

 

Company tries to hold weekly hours to 40 hours
