JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Architect, Enterprise Data Platforms is responsible for defining, designing, and supporting a unified data strategy that unlocks the value of Livingston’s vast data ecosystem with a focus on innovation, advanced analytics, and ML/AI tools. This includes delivering strategies, programs, processes, standards, and metrics in support of our customers and strategic initiatives. This individual will have an opportunity to work in close collaboration with senior business and technology leadership and drive multiple strategic data programs across the orgzation including design and implementation of data strategies and roadmaps.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Align architectural strategy with our strategic goals and roadmaps and communicate to business and technical partners across the organization

• In collaboration with other technical leaders, establish enterprise architecture processes and frameworks and define platform principles and standards

• Responsible for data availability and architectural effectiveness of data related initiatives and products

• Define modern data architecture in support of large, complex, and cross area initiatives in a multi-cloud environment

• Track, monitor, and forecast data warehousing costs and effectively speak to trends and changes to spend with AA&I and DevOps leadership

• Educate and mentor business and technical stakeholders across Livingston on data architecture and usage practices

• Manage data engineering team members, setting priorities and providing guidance on work product and providing support for goal setting and professional development

• Collaborate within the Advanced Analytics & Innovation and Development Operations management team members to ensure efficient and timely deliverables

WORK EXPERIENCE – MINIMUM REQUIRED

10 + years of progressive experience

5 years of related experience

EDUCATION

Required: Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Computer Science
