Aerotek Hiring Immediately Forklift Operator in Camarillo, California

Job Title: Warehouse Operator

Job Description

Operate sit down and reach forklifts to load and transport freight to designated areas. Read and comprehend customer orders to identify items for movement, gathering, or distribution. Handle and process paperwork clearly and accurately. Transport materials from receiving or production areas to storage or other specified areas. Physically lift and load freight, ranging between 30-50lbs. Organize and sort materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined sequences such as size, type, style, color, or product code. Verify counts of items to ensure conformance with company standards. Prepare worksheets or tickets based on customer specifications. Label materials with identifying information and manage inventory records. Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed. May also open bales, crates, or other containers as required. Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Camarillo, California.

Work hours are from 2:00PM to 10:30PM, Monday through Friday, with potential overtime depending on shipments.
