Creating strategic planning, product roadmap development, and business impact assessment for the iCare Lite product line. Acting as a "mini-CEO," you will collaborate with global and local teams to deliver key digital products that align with Sanofi's strategic priorities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Set strategy, lead, and manage the iCare Lite product portfolio to achieve global distribution.

• Act as the internal voice of the customer, understanding and communicating their needs.

• Collaborate with the Global Consumer Experience team to define ecosystem and design deliverables.

• Drive strategic direction and prioritize product features in collaboration with relevant teams.

• Define, communicate, and align product roadmaps with business objectives.

• Manage the flow of work through the program Kanban and program backlog.

• Define release schedules and manage release processes.

• Build and manage cross-functional teams/scrum teams, including quality, legal, and regulatory affairs.

• Define KPIs and value propositions, and act based on impact assessments.

About You

• Advanced experience in building complex digital solutions with at a background in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.

• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud, AWS , and Snowflake . Strong cross-functional leadership, budget management, and external vendor management skills.

• Bachelor's degree in business or management required. Agile and product ownership training or certification preferred

• Ability to travel up to, and potentially in excess of, 20% of the time.
