Robert Half Financial Analyst in Cambridge, Massachusetts

Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Financial Analyst in the education industry, based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States. As a Financial Analyst, you will be instrumental in handling various financial aspects such as preparation and review of monthly account reports, budget creation and submission, tracking financial performance, and maintaining financial systems and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the creation, review, and submission of monthly financial reports.

• Aid in the development and submission of budgets in compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

• Keep track of the financial performance of various accounts.

• Handle invoice payments and approvals.

• Assist in setting up new accounts and extending existing ones.

• Review and rectify any issues related to swept charges credit card charges.

• Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and updating of financial systems and processes in collaboration with the Director of Administration and Finance.

• Perform additional duties as necessary. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions

• Familiarity with Accrual Accounting

• Experience in managing Budget Processes
