Head of Product Management, Point of Care

The Head of Product Management for Point of Care shapes and executes the Category’s strategy— combining strategic vision with business acumen to realize our growth ambitions.

Your role:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with Philips Ultrasound’s business goals and supports competitive positioning within the Point of Care category.

  • Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch ensuring high quality products. Collaborate with R&D, clinical teams, and other stakeholders to define product specifications, features, and requirements.

  • Drive prioritization of product features based on customer feedback, market demand and competitive analysis.

  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, industry trends and competitive dynamics. Develop compelling value propositions and positioning strategies to differentiate products in the marketplace.

  • Rationalize and develop business cases for new products and services for consideration in the portfolio management process.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have acquired 10+ years of related product management experience; medical device preferred; Ultrasound highly preferred.

  • Your skills include:

  • The ability to synthesize market and customer feedback and existing and new products into solutions; comfortable with making tradeoffs, decisively.

  • Expertise delivering complex projects to meet demanding feature, cost, quality, and introduction date targets.

  • Demonstrable communication skills and ability to lead a cross-functional organization to develop market leading products/solutions and successful product launches.

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (MBA preferred) with 5+ years’ experience in a leadership role.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .

  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. You have excellent strategic thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $160,720 to $275,520 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
