Job Title: Lab Assistant - In Planta Assay ExecutionJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated Lab Assistant to support the execution of in planta assays. Responsibilities include planting and maintaining assays, treatment, scoring, and analyzing assay results. You will also aid in upstream microbiological work, including media preparation, enumeration, and culturing of microorganisms using aseptic techniques. Additionally, you will assist in molecular workflows associated with nucleic acid-based assays, including the extraction of nucleic acids, setup, execution, and analysis of PCR and sequencing.
