About the Job

Sanofi's Dupixent Patient Support Services offers a comprehensive set of resources to support patients, their caregivers, and healthcare providers. The Program provides resources to patients on product education, access to therapy and adherence support via the Program’s Clinical team. The Program’s Operations team provides support to healthcare providers to assist their patients accessing prescribed therapy. The Patient Support Services program is provided by a contracted business partner. Sanofi's Dupixent Patient Support Services works within an Alliance with Regeneron Pharmaceuticals.

The Senior Manager, US Dupixent Patient Support Services Affordability Lead reports to the Senior Director, PSS Patient Facing Programs. This role will work closely with the US Dupixent Patient Support Services team, the US Dupixent Program Performance team and is responsible for the management of the day to day affordability/reimbursement operations of the program and the subcontracted workforce in the affordability/reimbursement capacity.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Vendor management, including review of vendor SLAs, surveys, KPI reviews and EBR presentations.

  • Develop and maintain platform subject matter expertise aligned with affordability personas/capabilities/process flows – (eg.: Benefits Verification Specialists, Patient Assistance Program (P.A.P.), Quick Start Program, Copay Program, electronic Benefits Verification (eBV), electronic Prior Authorizations (ePA), etc.)

  • Daily monitoring of affordability related analytics, dashboards, platform queues, etc.

  • Ensures affordability/reimbursement SOPs, Knowledge Documents and Call Guides are up to date, accurate and meet Sanofi requirements.

  • Manage and improve quality standards of program correspondence, resources and materials associated with affordability.

  • Represents team at review committee focused on affordability, as needed.

  • Work with field teams and multiple cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.

  • Collaborate closely with US Dupixent Program Performance peers focused on optimizing affordability initiatives and opportunities.

  • Function as team lead for affordability innovation projects and initiatives.

  • Collaborate across the alliance to ensure alignment and provide updates as appropriate.

  • Manage select projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.

  • Collaborate with cross functional colleagues to optimize the promotion of the Dupixent MyWay program and available resources.

About You

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills to facilitate building strong working relationships, and for managing and resolving conflict.

  • Possess strong analytic skills to evaluate trends and identify opportunities for program improvements.

  • Demonstrate initiative, teamwork and accountability. Superb communication skills; oral and written, including presentation skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to change and react constructively in a high-energy and fast paced environment.

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects within specified timelines, with budgetary and quality standards.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Masters preferred

  • 2-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry

  • 2-5 years previous experience in a patient services, reimbursement and/or marketing function in a specialty market

  • Strong communication and customer service mindset

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a matrix team

  • Ability to travel up to 30% of time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Dermatology or Respiratory experience a plus

  • Experience with customer relationship marketing programs

  • Experience working in a co-promote

  • Proficient Spanish language skills a plus

  • RN and/or nursing experience a plus
