Adecco Medical & Science is seeking a part-time contract Project Manager for our Pharmaceutical partner in Cambridge, MA

The anticipated wage for this position is between $64 and $65.22. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Project Manager, 8 month contract Cambridge, MA

Part Time: M W F or T W TH 9 - 4 (estimated work hours) Hybrid, estimated 2 days onsite Local candidates only Paid parking is required at this site PM software, process flow, building and launching a modernized business unit, experience launching new project, examining process flows, working with internal stakeholders, understanding of process. Previous pharm experience or device PM experience is strong plus Ideal candidate would have experience with requirements around launching projects, work streams, IC (incentive comp), HR, training, multifaceted projects, previous work in commercial business experience Top Must Skills: • Some experience pharma/ device experience • Recent industry experience, up to date on recent industry experience • Candidate who is a strong partner, team focused and willing to offer feedback and input.

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a complex project encompassing multiple workstreams with numerous interdependencies. This role requires exceptional organizational abilities, strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the capacity to comprehend business operations at a macro level. Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the project lead and a multidisciplinary team to ensure project goals are met within established timelines and budgets.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

• Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively, implementing effective contingency plans when necessary.

• Utilize project management software to track progress, manage tasks, and communicate updates.

• Foster open communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

• Ensure alignment of project objectives with broader business goals and strategies.

• Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates on key metrics and performance indicators.

• Cultivate a positive team environment that promotes creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.

• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to changing project requirements or priorities.

• Uphold a high standard of professionalism and integrity in all interactions and decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

• 3-6 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

• Strong proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, with the ability to build rapport and influence others effectively.

• Experience working in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry is highly desirable.

• Highly responsive and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a meticulous attention to detail.

• Agile mindset, with the ability to pivot quickly in response to changing priorities or market conditions.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus

Pay Details: $64.00 to $65.22 per hour
