Job Purpose: This position is responsible for verifying data of loan information into the specified loan systems. Will be responsible for assembling and verifying loan documents for accuracy and completeness as well as completing the loan processing function. Knowledge and assistance in other areas of the Consumer Processing Department will be expected. Will provide partner support to all internal departments and customer facing employees as a critical link in the loan experience. Job Duties: Responsible for verifying data entry of information that was completed by the Personal Bankers into the specified loan systems and producing closing documents. Responsible for fully processing consumer real estate loans. Ensures that loan files contain documents with proper signatures, dates, and other relevant data needed for the Underwriter to review. Responsible for ordering vendor work on all loan files if applicable. Will be responsible for follow up on file exceptions, conditions, and stipulations during processing. Will be a point of contact for other processors and bankers on non-real estate loans and will back up the non-real estate loan team lead. Responsible for understanding the Bank's policies, procedures, products, and services. Must provide excellent customer service skills to both internal and external partners. Responsible for completing departmental projects as needed. Will act as back up to other duties in the department as need
