As a Systems Administrator, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve building, maintaining, and securing IT systems to support manufacturing operations. You will perform system administration tasks for both Windows and Linux environments, including updates, patches, and user account management. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues will be a critical part of your role to ensure minimal system downtime.

You will collaborate with cybersecurity teams to enforce security protocols, address vulnerabilities, and manage operational technology such as Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and IoT devices. Additionally, you will install and configure software applications as requested by users, monitor system performance, and ensure data backups are completed. Supporting technical meetings and coordinating with cross-functional teams will also be key to maintaining operational efficiency. The company offers flexible scheduling (9/80 work schedule), a generous leave package with holiday shutdown, and other competitive benefits.

Compensation: $75,000-$120,000. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. The Defense Industrial Security Clearance Office (DISCO), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. Skills and Requirements

• 8+ years of direct system experience or a masters degree and 5+ years of directly related experience

• Organizational skills to include attention to detail, time management and ability to multitask.

• Must have an active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date

• Windows and Linux experience

• 8+ years of experience with Active Directory, WSUS, VMware, Veeam, AWS, MySQL, Remote Desktop Gateway, Windows and Linux administration, or Mac OS experience

• 5+ years' experience conducting backup, and recovery enterprise suites

• Patch management, High Performance Computing, OS Upgrades, computer security, system monitoring and logging.

-Bachelors degree - Department of Defense Directive (DoDD) 8140 / 8570 Certification requirements (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent certification and an Operating System Certification

• Direct working experience with NISPOM, JAFAN, JSIG, DFARS and/or DoD/RMF

• Experience supporting engineers in software, simulations, and hardware development.

• Knowledge of Storage Area Network (SAN) and Network Attached Storage (NAS) systems.

• Knowledge of incorporating Operational Technology such as Industrial Control Systems and Internet of Things (IoT) into a traditional IT environment

• Experience managing IT services and support in a 24/7 real time operational environment

• Industry certifications including but not limited to: Security +, CISSP, ITIL, ISC2, PMP etc. null
