In this role, you will further build on your quantitative experience as you support Integrated Business Planning. The successful candidate in this role will bring strong passion and an excitement to champion this flagship brand to consumers, customers, and cross functional partners. Principal Accountabilities Drive business analysis (share, competitive, consumption drivers), monitor performance against business objectives and recommend course corrections as needed. Own execution on monthly consumption analysis and volume forecast, working with demand planning & sales strategy to deliver accurate forecast. Quantify risks and opportunities to deliver on annual operating plan. Support development of our innovation pipeline (line extensions, renovation, new pack/format) from concept development to in-market execution. Act as the key point of contact in cross functional commercialization meetings. Collaborate with key partners across sales & insights teams to develop compelling sell-in story and materials. Work with insights teams to develop briefs to uncover consumer understanding. As an employee of a food manufacturing facility, you are responsible for ensuring food safety and quality by reporting any concerns to the quality assurance department. Job Specifications: Bachelor's degree in business or related field required. MBA desired. Minimum 2 years experience in CPG Brand Management. Note that MBA will count for additional experience. Large brand experience with large CPG organization desired. Food experience desired. Strong proficiency with Excel required. Experience with IRI Unify, Nielsen & SPINS strongly desired. Experience with similar quantitative consumer insights data required. Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $72,900-$117,300 Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related sk
