Holtec International Billing Analyst - Holtec Decommissioning International in Camden, New Jersey

Holtec Decommissioning International is currently seeking a Billing Analyst to join the team in Camden, NJ.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Billing Analyst is responsible for all elements of invoicing, inter-company billings and account receivables accounting.  The ideal candidate’s responsibilities will include providing billing statements, administration, billing issues, preparing and presenting analytical report as well as the following:

  • Preparing invoices and forwarding to the appropriate client or customer.

  • Preparing various reports and spreadsheets related to billing and receivables.

  • Ability to read and understand contract specifications and procedures.

  • Ensuring any billing process inquiries are handled quickly and efficiently.

  • Track and manage all record keeping for invoice payments.

  • Record and review all milestones for billings.

  • Prepare billing reconciliations and analyses.

  • Identifies issues and implements recommendations related to invoicing and process improvement.

  • Work as required to support other departments and assist with any other duties as assigned.

    EDUCATION, LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED

    The billing analyst must be able to work independently and collaboratively as needed and maintain necessary skills and qualifications.

     

  • B.S. Degree in Accounting, Finance, business administration or other related field.

  • Minimum of three (3) years of related experience.

  • Demonstrated strong math and advanced spreadsheet skills and analytical capabilities.

  • Desired:  Previous experience in project finance support and electric utility accounting is a plus.

    REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Must be a self-starter, detailed oriented and be a team player to support the accounting function.

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proven track record of modeling and analytical experience

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.

  • High degree of conscientiousness and attention to detail (preferably audit, due diligence, or similar background)

  • Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills.
