Job Title: IT Contracts & Vendor Management Support II

Location: REMOTE

  • PowerBI experience

  • DocuSign familiarity

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the management of vendor contracts, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company policies.

• Maintain and update vendor databases, including contact information, contract details, and performance metrics.

• Coordinate and schedule meetings between vendors and internal stakeholders.

• Prepare and distribute reports on vendor performance, contract status, and other relevant metrics.

• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.

• Respond to vendor inquiries and escalate issues to the IT Vendor Manager as needed.

• Assist in the development and implementation of vendor management policies and procedures.

• Monitor and track vendor compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and other contractual obligations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, teams).

• Experience with ServiceNow, PowerBI, Ariba CLM and/or DocuSign is a plus

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Acute attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management.

• Understanding of IT concepts and terminology

• Familiarity with contract management, procurement processes, and contract types (RFI, RFP, MSA, Subscription Agreement, License Agreement, etc.)
