GENERAL SUMMARY: As a member of the Meals and Beverage Channels Category Leadership Team, the Category Leadership Manager uses multiple sources of data to create a clear direction for the Frozen Pizza and Meals categories to align customer and Campbell's strategies and tactics. The Category Leadership Manager will work collaboratively with Shopper Insights, Customer Sales Leads, World Headquarter Category Strategy and Sales Planning to achieve Campbell and customer objectives. This role is fully remote and can be based in any geography in the US PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develops category strategy and assists customers with integrated category strategy development. Responsible for developing customer specific presentation of relevant consumer insights, competitive responses, and new item/category selling strategies. Manage Broker Category Leadership teams by ensuring priorities are clear, timelines are known and adhered to, provide direction on ways to customize presentations and track and share status/progress. Provides strategic and tactical recommendations on the Distribution, Shelving, Merchandising and Pricing (DSMP) goals to improve overall category performance. Partner with customers on Planogram work where applicable. Represent Category Leadership as our Frozen expert, assisting other Category Leadership managers as our subject matter expert as needed COMPLEXITY AND SCOPE: Works with cross-functional groups including the customer, customer team, and HQ resources. MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 5+ years CPG/analytical experience EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED): Broker Management Communication and Direction Setting Skills Ability to Navigate a Multitude of Data sets (shopper and syndicated) including Circana/Nielsen POS & Panel Data, Retailer POS and Shopper Loyalty Data Problem Solving & Analytical Ability Project Management Skills Influencing Skills Technical Skills including JDA Space Planning, Excel & PowerPoint % OF TRAVEL REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION: 20% travel required for customer, team, and internal meetings Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $110,200-$158,400 Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education
