The Manager, Operations Technology Cyber & Support Lead role is responsible for managing our Operations Technology Managed Service Partner (OT MSP) along with providing strategic leadership on our OT Cyber roadmap and implementation plans. The Cyber & Support Manager is a new, but critical role at Campbell. Campbell has been on a long journey to enhance, update, and maintain it's cyber maturity posture while also enhancing it's overall enterprise support for all our plant locations. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge and experience in the manufacturing plant floor. This would include equipment control, electrical design, software application development for key vendors such as Rockwell Automation and Aveva/Wonderware SCADA applications. The candidate would also have knowledge of modern network architecture concepts within the manufacturing space. A background and understanding of IT systems, best practices, and policies is also preferred. In this role you will report to the Director - Electrical & Controls Engineering Essential responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Manage Campbell OT MSP across the entire enterprise. 24 plant locations across North America. OT MSP Responsibilities include the following: Direct ownership and management of OT MSP vendor. Co-Lead monthly and quarterly Governance reviews of the OT MSP vendor. Lead and review the KPI's of the OT MSP vendor. Lead and drive progress in each OT MSP Service Delivery Function. Lead and manage Campbell annual Process Control Standard assessments. Manage direct report responsible for OT Industrial Ethernet standards. Manage OT MSP team and coordinate with Campbell's Engineering and IT OT Cyber teams. Lead and investigate new and innovative technologies in the Manufacturing space. Identify Industry best practices and set strategic direction on how and where to implement them. Participate in cross functional Engineering and IT teams responsible for OT Cyber Standards, Application Refresh Standards, and OT Cyber Governance. Contributes to the development and maintenance of electrical design and controls programming standards and principles. Provide schedules, project authorization documents, cost controls, development of RFPs as needed for area of responsibility. Coordinate and review contractor and vendor activity and interface with plant personnel insuring customer satisfaction and compliance to policies. Drives the evaluation of new technology and tools relevant to area of responsibility.
