The Manager, Regional Operational Excellence is accountable for implementing Campbell Way of Working - Operational Excellence (C-WoW OpEx) across the Region for multiple warehouse and distribution sites. The Regional Operational Excellence Manager is responsible for ensuring standardization of systems, processes & tools. The Regional Operational Excellence Manager is also responsible for driving standardization & maturity of least one pillar across the entire Network of 23 plants and 40+ warehouses and distribution centers. This is a critical role with oversight for the implementation of World Class operational excellence strategies to optimize supply chain improvements and improve all metrics in the Balanced Scorecard.
