Insight Global Revenue Cycle Analyst in Camden, New Jersey

Day-to-Day

A large healthcare client in Camden, NJ is seeking a Revenue  Analyst to help support the Director of Financial Operations of Cooper's Neurological Institute & Bone & Joint Institute. On a day-to-day basis the Revenue Analyst will be responsible for maintaining the charge reviews within the electronic medical records system (EPIC), as well as working to ensure that all charging or coding recommendations are being followed. This person will also be identifying trends and creating reporting models to showcase areas of improvement, or areas needing change. They will also partner with primarily with the Director of Financial Operations to implement any necessary changes and utilize reporting tools to showcase data findings for process improvement.

Schedule: first 90 days hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

after 90 day period - flexibility for hybrid

Skills and Requirements

Must-haves

  • Associates Degree

  • 2+ years in healthcare revenue cycle or physician billing

  • EMR experience

  • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)

  • Medical Coding background or terminology experience Plusses

  • CPC or related coding certification

  • Bachelor's degree

  • EPIC experience null
