JCTM LLC Field Service Representative in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina
The Challenge:

Challenging Projects:
As an FSR, you will support MARSOC’s operational and training exercises by utilizing proprietary software and C5ISR subject matter expertise to aid and simplify the process of designing, developing, and delivering complex training exercises. This part-time role for the first year will require you to participate in military exercises, both US and Canada, ensuring the successful implementation and usage of the proprietary software for operational efficiency. You'll play a vital role in real-world training scenarios, with surge support opportunities across Camp Lejeune to help expand the software's capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for the proprietary software during MARSOC exercises.
Collaborate with military personnel to understand operational and intelligence training needs and adapt software functionality accordingly.
Travel to Canada for 2-3 weeks to gain hands-on experience with the proprietary software.
Support exercises tentatively scheduled in March and September 2025, ensuring system functionality and providing troubleshooting support as needed.
Offer surge support across Camp Lejeune as required to demonstrate and sell proprietary capabilities.
Be available for US and Canada travel, including weekends during exercises.

New Skills:
Work directly with special operations personnel, gaining deep insights into their mission-critical software needs. You’ll also have the chance to improve your understanding of IT systems within the Department of Defense, with opportunities to work with platforms like MS Project, Analyst Notebook, and SharePoint.

Location: This position offers a hybrid work arrangement with a combination of on-site and remote work options. The employee must be located within a reasonable commuting distance to Camp Lejeune, NC.
Travel: Potential travel up to 50% of the time including OCONUS travel to Canada.
You Have:
Active SECRET security clearance
8+ years supporting military exercises or operations
Familiarity with special operations missions and training requirements
Proficiency in MS Office
Government issued passport
Nice to Haves:
Active TS/SCI security clearance
10+ years supporting military exercises or operations
2+ years designing or leading training exercises
3+ years conducting or supporting special operations missions
Familiarity with MS Project, Analyst Notebook, SharePoint
Basic IT knowledge and understanding of DoD IT frameworks
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. SECRET clearance is required to start. TS/SCI clearance is preferred.
