Salary: $23.66 - $25.20

Position Overview

Lead our dynamic team of Brokers and Program Services Coordinators as our Program Services Manager! Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promote person-centered planning. Facilitate broker supports, customize budgets, and oversee service delivery. Provide supervisory oversight, championing individual rights and well-being. Foster teamwork through informative discussions, program planning, and collaboration. Keep programs thriving by updating policies, participating in audits, and supporting investigations. Work Location: Canandaigua Schedule: M-F 8-4

Responsibilities

  • Performs a variety of staff management functions, including, but not limited to, recruitment, orientation, training, department supervision, staff assignments, performance and development reviews, etc.

  • Provides day-today management of all waiver service requirements associated with habilitation services to include documentation standards are met in accordance with regulatory requirements and agency best practices. Promotes person-centered planning in all aspects of service planning. Attends team meetings, as needed.

  • Monitors broker supports per regulations. Attends broker trainings as required and maintains a broker certification.

    Requirements

  • Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) required.

  • Must be willing to obtain and maintain broker certification.

  • Over (3) years of related work experience to include supervision.

  • Must compete Agency Driver Certification to drive an agency vehicle.
