Job Title: General Labor

Job Description

Seeking dedicated individuals for a General Labor position, operates on 1st shift but subjected to overtime, Monday through Friday some Saturdays. This role offers a pay rate of $16.77 per hour in a unionized environment. Responsibilities include handling various general labor tasks, dumping excess scrap and defective coil parts, loading propane tanks for operating lines, working on the paint line, performing quality checks on coils, overseeing temperature control, ensuring smooth operation of production lines, and assisting with facility maintenance tasks such as salting the parking lot and cleaning workstations.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in CANFIELD, Ohio.

Work Environment

Union environment with approximately 28 employees on the production floor. The facility has been operating since the 1950s, fostering a culture of trust, communication, and safety among employees.
