Job Description

Insight Global is seeking 2 Data Analysts to join one of our simulation software engineering companies. The ideal candidates will partner with the Business Process Architect and Business Process Analyst to guide our stakeholders through the data quality-requirements definition and grooming of critical initiatives throughout our implementation portfolio. Experienced in engaging with cross-functional business stakeholders, you understand how to identify the data-related requirements necessary to achieve a business stakeholders goal and identify opportunities for data quality improvement.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

 Partner with BPAs to assist with requirements gathering with a sole focus on the quality of the data

 Data mapping + transformations, data loads, and data quality updates

 Data analytics and cross analysis validation + reconciling for consistencies

 Leading discovery sessions

 Responsible for reporting metrics ensuring quality data

Skills and Requirements

3+ years of data analyst experience focused on data mapping, data migration, data uploads, quality of data

 2+ years of experience related to customer data management

 Technical background with Salesforce

 Prior experience maintaining data dictionary, data catalog and business glossary

 Strong analytical skills with the ability to work through processes, identify and implement data quality improvements and resolve complex matter null
